Imagine living in an island that’s so quiet , calm , less people . And white sand beaches are everywhere on your sight .

An early morning inhale of fresh air from the Pacific Ocean and a deep breathe of nature’s essence of magical sceneries .

If you’re too adventurous enough , no single minute can be wasted . You can kayak , jump , go caving , so surfing , have a joy ride through the sky rise mountains and going through the wild trees and grasses along the highway . The Island is ultimately safe for everyone . People are warm to welcome visitors and would always offer a smile.

 

Getting to Siargao is through by the sea or by a plane . The sea route is quite long but if you wanted to have more adventures and experience to see more of the sea make a moment through the oceans while sailing . then sea route is the perfect for you. You will have a chance to see the neighbouring provinces and  the little islets that composed the Philippines as an archipelago.

 

However , going through by plane is way too fast , like less than an hour if you’re base is Cebu . You’ll land to a little airport in Siargao.  Getting a transportation going to your resort might be a little challenge sometimes because it has to be like  Van which is advisable and practical because if you’ll tend to choose a motorbike it would be a long drive like 3-4 hours . The main attraction of Siargao is far from the airport but it’s easier if it would be on a private car .  Not to worry at all because the prices are affordable and easy for the budget . One thing , just be sure you have more cash on your pocket because ATM’s aren’t available in General Luna , Siargao where the main attraction is located .

 

People in Siargao  are very welcoming and friendly , not to worry at all. Everybody is willing to help and give directions .

 

General Luna , where the Surfing tower is located has many resorts and hostels to stay and are cheap too. Many travellers tend to stay in beachfront resorts in General Luna because it has the easy access to the surfing area and the white sand beach too.

The food area affordable and it’s safe to roam around with a motorbike .
